Different Flows and Uses

How often should I change my Newex period panties? Can I wear them all day long?

Unfortunately, there is no definite answer as to how often you should change your panties! It all depends on the abundance of your flow and your own comfort. Newex offers 3 levels of absorbency: light (absorbs the equivalent of 1 tampon), regular (2 1/2 tampons) and super (5 tampons). Depending on your flow, they can therefore generally be worn all day.

If your flow is heavy, it may be necessary to change your panties during the day. That’s why we recommend that you always carry a spare panty in a waterproof pouch.

Care and Wash

Should the period panties be washed before being worn for the first time?

Yes, it is best to wash them upon receiving. It is more hygenic since they are handled at different stages of their manufacturing and transport. It is also a question of performance, pre-washing them activates their absorption power!

How should I wash my Newex period panties?

Start by rinsing your period panties with cold water under the tap. Hold your panties open, and run the water directly over the absorbent pad until it runs clear through your panties.

Once your panties are rinsed, put them in a wash bag and place them directly into your washing machine. You can use your regular detergent: they will be washed with your other clothes.

Let your reusable panties air dry. Your Newex panties should never be put in the dryer because it could affect the quality of the fabric.
